Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
What Can Be Returned?
Eligible Items
- Unworn items with original tags attached
- Items in original packaging and condition
- Returns initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Defective or damaged items (with photo proof)
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn, washed, or altered garments
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Customized or personalized products

Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when initiating the return.
- Partial refunds may be granted for items returned in less than perfect condition or missing original packaging.
Received a Damaged Item?
We sincerely apologize if your item arrived damaged. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a free return pickup and send you a replacement or full refund right away.
